Growth Mindset is a concept that has taken the educational world by storm. Many educators understand its power and talk about it with their staff and students. Recently, however, Carol Dweck reminds us of the 'false' mindset that some of us have inadvertently shared by oversimplifying her research.

What a great, succinct article to read! I appreciate how Dweck discusses the 'false mindset' that occurs when we don't go deep enough and discuss strategies with students and when we falsely' think of mindset as something that permeates all parts of our personality, as opposed to something that it is dependent on the situation.
